The polite staff helps you in any way. It has marvellous and handy location, a bus station was near the place.

Had a real good stay for 1 night. Fantastic and incredible location, it was near a bus stop. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were excellent.

We stayed in a huge guest room with a private bathroom, a shower and hairdryer. Its location was unbeatable, so close to the train station and bus stop, Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma bus station and water buses/taxis.

Great and strategic location for visiting restaurants and eateries walking distance to the hotel. The room was big size, nicely decorated with fresh towels.

The hotel was ideal with particularly nice views and a magnificent location right across from the Santa Lucia train station. Respectful staff at the reception desk and nothing was trouble for them. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was cheap.

Luxury and clean place to stay in, it has excellent staff at the reception desk. It is in magnificent location to an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge, set near the hotel. And the area is perfect not far from gondolas, Extremely close to the Railway Station, and train station and water bus.

Really enjoyed how the guest room with a view was arranged when we arrived. The staff has always been very pleasant and amicable, and the facilities were great.

It was 500 metres from the railway station, excellent and perfect location.

The place was modest and had really helpful staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed the stay. We ate fine coffee, tea, and croissants for breakfast. The room was en suite and large here with a double bed + a shower & loo. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to the train station and boats station, restaurants and the Strada Nova and transport and mains attactions.

Our huge room was beautifully decorated and bed was comfortable. Central heating, multi-channel television and a writing desk were available here. The location was excellent, relatively near a wide canal.

Great location just across the channel from the train station, within a 5-minute walk. Clean room, as well as shared toilet and shower.- Convenient small sink in the room for quick use.- Close to popular attractions with a pleasant walk along the way.

The best thing about Airone is the location because it is just opposite to the main station so you don't have to walk so far with your bag. And around that area can reach to the port easily. The restaurant around hotel is not so expensive for the fast food pizza just 5.4o euro for one big pizza including soft drink. The room is also nice very good style decoration and have your own basin in your room with soap. I like this hotel and would like to recommend to anyone.

The stari to go up eventhough it's just only one floor but I don't want to carry my heavy bag go up.. Just this

Rooms are not sufficently good. Shared bathroom is not desirable.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met fairly friendly and polite staff at the reception desk...
